If you schedule a priority appointment, you are welcome to stay with your pet as it takes less time. Otherwise, we ask for a four-hour window and will call you when your pet is ready for pickup.

Ensure your pet has had breakfast and a potty break before their visit. You can bring any carriers, toys, blankets, or treats to help your pet feel more comfortable.

We recommend starting grooming at three months old to help your puppy get used to the process. We offer a special puppy package for pups five months and under.

We do not dispense any drugs; consult your vet if tranquilizers are needed. Muzzles are only used if a dog shows aggression and cannot be calmed down, to protect both the dog and the groomer.

We recommend bringing your pet in every 4-6 weeks, even if a haircut isn’t needed, to prevent matting and other health concerns. Regular grooming helps maintain your pet’s overall well-being.
